About MockCourtLab

MockCourtLab is a litigation-preparation and trial-advocacy practice platform. It lets users run realistic mock-trial simulations — from intake and case setup through voir dire, evidence, witness examination, and deliberation — so they can test case strategies and sharpen courtroom skills in a safe, repeatable environment before stakes are real.

The platform is built for two audiences. Law students use it to develop oral-argument technique, practice objections, and learn trial procedure through hands-on simulation rather than reading alone. Practicing lawyers use it to pressure-test case theories, rehearse witness and jury selection, and refine their advocacy across civil and criminal matters. A built-in setup guide and synthetic jury panels help users move from a blank matter to a full simulated trial quickly.

MockCourtLab is built by the MockCourtLab team as an educational and professional-development tool. Sessions are designed around a privacy-first model: matter content is processed in volatile memory for the active session and is not persistently stored on the server. The platform is general education and preparation software — it is not legal advice and does not predict the outcome of any real judge, juror, ruling, or verdict.
