Last updated: 2026-10-28
These Terms govern your use of MockCourtLab, a mock-trial and trial-advocacy practice platform. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Educational use; not legal advice
MockCourtLab is general educational and professional-development software. It is not legal advice and does not predict the outcome of any real judge, juror, ruling, or verdict. AI personas are fictional approximations and may be incomplete, biased, inconsistent, or wrong. You are responsible for your own professional and ethical judgments.

You agree not to misuse the platform, to upload content you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse the service. You remain responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and your professional obligations.
No warranty
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that simulations, AI outputs, or conflict checks are accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
